A workshop for designers who want to (re)start their Dubsado setup to elevate their client experience.

No need to scroll all the way down for all the details, here they are.

What it is: 3-part workshop. Each part is 90 minutes, this includes 60 minutes of teaching and 30 min for questions.

When is it: All three parts of the workshop are in the same week → February 26 & 28th + March 1st.

The time of the sessions: All sessions are at 5 pm UK, 6 pm CET, 9 am PT and 12 pm EST.

Who it’s for: You’re a brand and/or website designer who has a client-centric approach and understands the positive impact your level of client experience has on your business. You have a vision of building a financially stable design studio and acknowledge the role of streamlined processes in achieving this goal

The cost: £50 - this is for all 3 of the workshops, co-working and implementation resources.

Number of spots: There are 20 spots available so you’ll get personalised support

Why it’s different: Led by a designer and systems strategist who has been where you are and will guide you with hands-on support tailored to your needs.

But that's not all.

I've added something special: co-working sessions on Tuesday and Thursday.

^^^ With that, you'll get real-time guidance and personalised support as you apply what you've learned. This way, investing in this workshop won't just get you more information; you’ll immediately be able to make progress.

Register for the workshop in 4 easy steps: 1. Click the button. 2. You'll go to a new page where you can add your details. 3. Answer a few questions so that I know where you are in your setup journey and can tailor the workshop. 4. Pay for the workshop. Once I’ve received the payment you’ll get a confirmation email with all the details.

You want an elevated client workflow

  • Maybe you have some client processes but they aren’t efficient

  • Maybe you say on your website you have a 6-week timeline for website projects but you’re not actually following a timeline

  • Maybe you get good feedback from clients but you know you’re not delivering a consistent and exceptional client experience

So you thought Dubsado was the answer, but it did not quite work out that way…

After 4+ years of helping creatives implement streamlined client workflows, I have heard it all.

  • I’ve done my setup through trial and error, just diving in and trying everything out. But when it was time to set up my workflows I got stuck. I did not know how to continue but I did not have the money to invest in support. So once client work started to take over all my time I never finished it. Now I am bypassing Dubsado altogether and am back to frantically writing emails on the fly.

  • I bought a Dubsado course but there was no personalised guidance or hands-on support and the processes just did not seem to work for me as a designer.

  • I made a start with free resources but I felt so overwhelmed. In the end, I got so frustrated because clients got emails they were not supposed to that I just gave up. Now I am back to reinventing the wheel for every client.

If you’ve been nodding along while reading this, you’re not alone.

Many designers never started, abandoned or didn’t quite finish their setup.

But setting up Dubsado can be hard simple & expensive something you do yourself.

But to get there?

You need to have a structured and step-by-step action plan that’s tailored to designers

This workshop is not for everyone.

But if you want to…

  • Guide your clients through the process, make it a collaborative experience and provide them with an amazing client experience.

  • Stop procrastinating your set-up because you know your processes are inefficient, but you just don't know where to start with Dubsado

  • Confidently set boundaries with clients and keep project timelines on track

  • Feel confident when onboarding clients and make sure you’ve covered all your bases and don’t have your clients feeling bewildered without a clear, organised process.

Then you need a 3-part plan.

  • Workshop day 1: Before you even log in to your Dubsado you need to have your elevated workflows mapped out.

  • Workshop day 2: Have a clear understanding of Dubsado’s features and each can help you to elevate your client experience.

  • Workshop day 3: A step-by-step approach to your Dubsado setup, eliminating overwhelm and trial-and-error struggles.

While Dubsado isn’t the end goal, it’s a tool that will help you:

  • Spend less time on the administrative side of your projects and more time doing what you love- creating amazing designs

  • To be able to provide your clients with the experience they deserve

  • Finally, feel confident enough in your processes to raise your rates

  • Have the time to take on more clients and build a thriving and financially stable design studio

Let me share a bit of my journey with Dubsado…

While I am a coach and systems strategist now, I'm a self-taught designer. I used to run a design studio and I have been exactly where you are.

I thought I would be able to figure the Dubsado setup out myself (that’s my default mode - I am smart enough so I should be able right? But I also like to know exactly how something works).

So I signed up for an account and tried to build my workflow. It was such an unstructured setup process, it took countless hours (well, weeks actually) and I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and stressed.

Looking back, I had no step-by-step process to follow, I did not go through the resources Dubsado provides, I did not even understand what all of the features were for and I had not mapped out my processes well enough.

The result? Ineffective workflows, on-the-fly emails, and a struggle to provide the exceptional client experience I aspired to.

After that initial setup, there were countless times when I would go in and patch up a section (I had already spent so much time on my setup so I did not want to start again) but it never quite worked the way I wanted it to.

Until I realised I had to start outside of Dubsado to get the best Dubsado setup. So I started from scratch and rebuilt my full client experience.

First I mapped out the entire experience and incorporated everything I knew about creating amazing client experiences and turning clients into brand ambassadors from my 10+ years in the hospitality industry.

I then used my experience in project management to break up the Dubsado setup into bite-sized steps.

The result of my Dubsado transformation?

* My experience was incredible. I have learned so much and would recommend Stephanie to anyone

* It is important that potential clients know how broad your knowledge is and how dedicated and professional you are

* You brought the missing element to my creative artist's mind.

What makes the Elevate Your Client Workflows with Dubsado workshop different:

I've listened to countless stories from fellow designers who, like you, have encountered hurdles—whether it's feeling stuck in the setup process, grappling with overwhelming resources, or struggling with the lack of personalised guidance.

The good news?

These experiences have fuelled the creation of the Elevate Your Client Workflows with Dubsado Workshop. It's not just a workshop; it's a tailored solution born out of real challenges, designed to prepare designers for their Dubsado Setup.

  • Unlike typical workshops, this one is a comprehensive 3-part experience. Why? Because I'm not just here to overload you with information – I'm here to get you ready to tackle your Dubsado setup once-and-for-all. This is what we'll do:

    • We're starting by mapping out your inquiry, onboarding, and offboarding workflows. Every systems strategist knows this is the first step, but you're often on your own for this.

    • Together we'll talk through Dubsado’s features so you know exactly what it can and can not do for your design studio.

    • Discuss the step-by-step plan you need to set up your Dubsado.

  • What sets this workshop apart is the hands-on approach – with a co-working session on Tuesday and Thursday you won't just gain knowledge; you'll immediately apply it to your processes.

  • This workshop is personalised, action-oriented, and tailored to make your Dubsado setup a success. I am not just a designer who is teaching from my own experience, I have walked clients through this step-by-step process in a coaching, done-for-you and done-with-you programs.

You can see it like this: Having a streamlined Dubsado to elevate your client experience is your destination. And these workshops are your roadmap.

You’ve got questions and I’ve got answers

  • I get it, you’re wondering if this will work for you. While the workshop will be aimed at designers, if you're a service-based business like a copywriter who needs to guide their client through the process, needs input from clients before a project can start, or needs to request feedback then this can also work for you.

  • The workshop is specifically created to empower you with the skills and strategies needed to get (re)started with your Dubsado setup so that yo can elevate your client workflows.

Throughout the three-part workshop, we will:

    • Map out workflows: Together, we'll map out your inquiry, onboarding, and offboarding process and translate these into Dubsado workflows. After the workshop, you’ll be able to built these into your Dubsado.

    • Understand Dubsado features: We'll dive into Dubsado's features, breaking down what it can and cannot do for your design studio. This understanding is key to leveraging the platform effectively for an elevated client experience.

    • Discuss a step-by-step plan: You'll gain insights into a step-by-step plan designed to guide you through the Dubsado setup process. This plan eliminates overwhelm and trial-and-error struggles, providing you with a clear path to implementation.

By the end of the workshops, you'll not only have a solid understanding of Dubsado's capabilities but also possess the foundational skills and knowledge needed to confidently optimise your client workflows and built them into your Dubsado

  • Great question. When you click on one of the buttons on this page, you’ll go to a new page. Besides that you can fill in your details and pay for the workshop, there is a short form with a few questions so that you can let me know where you are in your setup journey and what your questions are. I will use this to tailor the workshop

  • I know there is a risk in doing a 3-part workshop as not everyone will be able to attend all sessions. So after each session, I will email you a link to the recording and slides so you will always have access to them.

  • I'm a firm believer in putting knowledge into action. It's not just about acquiring more insights; it's about applying that knowledge effectively. So to ensure you’re getting the maximum benefit from this workshop, there will be 2 co-working session on Tuesday and Thursday so that you’ll immediately be able to work on your processes and your setup and have additional time to ask questions.

You don’t have to attend these, as no new material will be discussed but there will be time to ask questions.

What it looks like: We get on Zoom, I check in with you to see how you feel, then, I mute everyone for 20 minutes so that you work on what was discussed in the workshop. 20-minutes later, we’ll take a 10-minute break and you can ask me any questions. Then we’ll have another 20 minutes of focused time.

  • No prior experience with Dubsado is required to join the workshop. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some familiarity with the platform, the workshop is designed to cater to a range of skill levels. We'll start with the basics and progressively delve into more advanced topics, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their Dubsado experience, gains valuable insights and practical skills.

  • The sessions are at 5 pm UK, 6 pm CET, 9 am PT and 12 am EST, so the workshop will be accessible to most timezones.

  • Participating in the workshop is designed to be hassle-free, and you won't need any specialised materials or tools.

    Here's what you'll need:

    • Device: A computer, laptop, or tablet (using a mobile phone is not advised) with internet access is all you need to connect to the sessions.

    • Notepad and Pen: While not mandatory, having a notepad and pen can be helpful for jotting down key takeaways, personalized notes, or questions you might want to bring up during the Q&A section.

    • Dubsado Account (Optional): If you already have a Dubsado account, it might be beneficial to have it open during the workshop for practical demonstrations. However, this is entirely optional, and I'll ensure that the workshop content is accessible to everyone, regardless of their current Dubsado setup.

That's it! I've intentionally kept the requirements minimal to make the workshop accessible and straightforward for all participants.
