Let’s have a look at what your done-with-you systems program will look like
In our bi-weekly 60-minute sessions, we will work through:
your business and current processes
+ Your big vision for the business: We want to know what your big dreams are for your business. Where do you want to be three months from now? Where in 3 years from now? We want to build your systems a few steps ahead of where you are now so you don’t have to start from scratch within 6 months.
+ Productivity: We want to review how you’re spending your time. From there we’ll look at how Dubsado and/or ClickUp can support your design studio best.
+ Evaluate current client or business process: Gain an understanding of what your processes look like now, including emails, contracts, proposals, and invoicing. For your business processes: how you are setting priorities and determine what to spend your time on.

+ Update client and /or business processes: We will spend one or more sessions mapping out your processes. No matter if this is your client workflows, content creation, or lead generation processes.
+ Translating processes to systems setup: We'll translate your processes into ClickUp Spaces, folders, lists, subtasks, checklists, and dashboards, or into Dubsado contracts, questionnaires, proposals, schedulers, packages, emails, and lead capture forms.
+ Templates & Assets: Once we have defined your processes & forms, assets, emails, and other content you’ll need, it’s time to collect or create them before starting to build your system. And don’t worry; I have resources to help you with this.
implementation & feedback
+ Building your Dubsado or ClickUp: Your system will be built one step at a time where we'll tackle a (few) features in a session, after which you will continue the implementation in between the sessions.
+ Training & Feedback: From the start, I will be guiding you every step of the way. From mapping out your processes to what to include in your proposals and reviewing your emails and the build. This is what makes this program different from done-for-you setups or other done-with-you programs where you need to walk through a course on your own
There is also email support in between the sessions, so you can ask questions or feedback about what you've been working on so that you can keep on moving forward.

What’s your investment?
Both system setup programs are based on a subscription model. This means that there is no fixed term, but there is a minimum term of 3 months. After the initial 3 months, you can stay on for as long as you like for 2 calls per month or cancel anytime.
How much can you get done in 3 months? It all depends on how much you already have in place, what you want to set up and the time you have in between the sessions for implementation.
